Module 4 shows reported stock as reported and leaves the variance field alone on purpose. Resolving it is this screen's work.
A divergence of up to three units on 14.6% of outlet self reported snapshots is what a real self reporting system produces on a market day: a pack sold while the phone was in a pocket, a count taken before the last client of the afternoon, an entry keyed the following morning. The claim this module makes is not that the divergence is absent. It is that the divergence is detected, signed, sized and attributable to a named outlet and a specific set of transactions.
